Steven’s emotional changes, it shows up on rewatch (and man, some of the early episodes are hard to sit through now). As for height, no, but that’s because the show isn’t super-consistent with the characters sizes.
The whole tone of the show changed, really, as they were trying to get a handle on the characters. I'm seeing Pearl do things I never thought I'd ever see her do (like chant "Cheeseburger Backpack" even after Steven completely screwed up a mission) and Garnet's still the reserved one. And, yep, I noticed as much. His voice has definitely changed, though.
