DEUS EX MACHINA - The Officer

Art Fight made me lock in 🔥 The sketch had been laying in my WIP folder since January xd

Since on AF I only have furries or kids, I wanted to draw AT LEAST ONE (1) adult!!! And here we are uwu

I'm proud of these drawings, specially the clothes folds since I took it personally and what started as a silly concept art for my story ended (somehow) in a +15 hrs clothes study, I learned a lot and good references were so hard to find I pulled the Morpho books-

Anyways, DEUS EX MACHINA: The Officer

"An Officer from the ITStation abandons her post to take a lost girl back to her mother, but her plans falls apart when she discovers the supposed meeting point doesn't exist."

Deus Ex Machina (or DEM) is one of my few "R-rated" stories (the other one being Desiderium, I'm more of the PG-13 type). HOWEVER, it's my favorite story yet (June, 2026) and I'm constantly working on it offscreen.

This particular chapter, "The Officer", was brainstormed a year ago during a huge artblock I had. Surprisingly nowadays I consider it the strongest chapter and perfect candidate to be "the introductory story where you learn about lore and worldbuilding while you have fun with it".

PS: DEUS EX MACHINA is the R-rated "+18 evil" twin of MACGUFFIN, both born from the same old concept: SIRA.

I want to animate him but his current design isn't very animation-friendly, that's why I cartoonified him! These are style explorations, I think they're neat uwu

also, maybe I change his (?) gender, idk I'm not feeling it as a he/him rn (???) originally Dennis was a girl (and may be a girl again soon lmao)
