since i imagine prismo plans on framing business bug when he passes is there like- any point in your story that prismo realizes business bug isn't a normal bug/wont die as soon as normal beetles (Hercules Beetles are the ones i have in mind rn)

or is this spoilers for your planned story??

Oh he DEFINITELY notices, not only does Business Bug not /act/ like a normal bug but his extended life span, understanding of what Prismo is actually saying, and seeming somewhat intelligent..

It all leads up to Prismo finding him in the apartment, escaped from his enclosure, and on his hind legs LOL

Is Prismo in the business bug AU an entomology nerd? (Entomology is the study of insects)

Yes! He really likes bugs and insects, he finds them fascinating and deserving of love. He feels bad that people don't like them so he puts it on himself to share some of his love !!!

Also I think it'd go in hand with his pickling hobby, using it to preserve them

Going to use an anonymous ask for this but business bug has got to be my favorite au ever just because of how silly it is. I just love the whole dynamic him and Prismo have and everytime you post literally it has me giggling and kicking my feet. They're great and I love them 🪲

Also the fact that bug collector Prismo would study Scarab as a whole is funny to me
