Business Buzz: Review

I would have to say going to Business Buzz was a real eye-opening experience. I walked into the room with uncertainty and nerves but walked out full of knowledge and confidence. Although daunting at first, the Alumni were very supportive and excited to share their experiences, and this really helped me have clearer understanding on what professionals do on a day-to-day basis. The most exciting element was the speed networking as I had many meaningful conversations and heard an incredible amount of advice from such successful people. For me, the highlight was speaking to

Alumni (Maurice Cabrera) who used a linkage between sport and work, to help me develop a clearer view of the responsibilities and projects within Audit. Most of all, I walked out of the room with a big smile and confidence knowing I had heard some incredible advice and made many meaningful connections along the way.

A big thank you to BSOC team for organising such a wonderful event and to the Alumni who took their time to speak to us. I am confident that every student that attended walked out of the room empowered with knowledge about their future career. I had such a wonderful experience and I definitely encourage everyone to sign up for Business Buzz 2015!
