From Germany comes the Susa longline BH. The German for bra -BustenHalter - properly describes the purpose: quite literally to stop one’s breast from unwanted movement. To that end solid seams run across and under the bust, whilst the cups are edged to side and top with a thick elastine band. The whole is decorated in a pretty lace detailing and fastens at the front, an eminently practical arrangement for putting such a rigid garment on. Our lady here is slightly built but her ample bosom appears to be firmly under her control.
