That feeling of betrayal when you’re reading a post that you agree with tremendously, until right at the end when the person suddenly says something stupid out of nowhere (which may possibly not even have anything to do with the original point they were trying to make)

#happens a lot #but most recently #I was reading a post talking about how animus magic in WoF having limitations is important from a writing standpoint #which i absolutely agree with #but then all of a sudden they called Pantala “bullshit”#and i’m just sitting here like “what the fuck”#of all the complaints i’ve seen towards arc 3 #i don’t think i’ve ever seen anyone complain about the introduction of a new location and tribes #and i don’t see any reason for there to be #that’s such a non-issue

Just binged the entirety of SAGA and it was a horrible mistake and I'm going to go fist fight its creators now

Do y’all know how long it takes to animate things? I promise you if a bunch of fans make fanart/fic/hcs of something happening and two weeks later it happens in canon, the showrunners did NOT steal it from you.

#this goes for a LOT of fandoms #but most recently #sk8 the infinity #actually I promise if fans hc/predict something and it doesn’t happen for YEARS they still didn’t steal it from you #they’re not using you for story ideas

I find it really difficult that someone makes a choice, there's an inevitable consequence of that choice, I point out that consequence, I am told they don't care, I come to terms with the consequences, the consequences happen, and I am THEN supposed to sympathize with them about the inevitable consequence I grieved for years ago.
