no that outfit is not cohesive at all. Just matching colors does not mean cohesive. The silhouette is bad espescially with the dress and boots, man.
Can you please elaborate on your reasoning. I did not just go off of color for making the outfit. There is repetitive element themeing I was messing with. What about the silhouette strikes you as bad? I genuinely want to know.
