Okay Ladies, Bois, And Legit Whatever You Prefer Me To Identify You As, A Little Storytime With A Good Life Lesson
Okay so I was someone who judged people on tinder bc don’t we all question it at first hahaha but I got myself one with really no intention of hooking up with anyone and I met this cute boy and omg I’m so happy. He goes to the rival of my top pick for university which is really funny and he plays on their hockey team and he’s a sweetheart. Like no joke I am so happy. I hadn’t realized what it felt like to talk to someone who appreciates me I’m so long at least romantically speaking bc I do have some incredible friends, some of which I met through this little community and other platforms where people also love the Sidemen and their friends.
Basically I was still in la la land about that other guy when I met my new guy Nick. (Doubt he goes on Sidemen tumblr pages so it’s fine to say his name hahaha). We’ve been talking for about a month and it’s made me super happy. We talk everyday and he shows interest in me unlike the other guy. He messages me first and initiates conversation and he doesn’t make me feel like I’m working to make him like me which no guys/girls should ever make you feel. I don’t care what stupid love and romance movies show you, you shouldnt have to jump through hoops to get someone to treat you with the respect and love you deserve.
I didn’t realize this until I was treated right and I wish I noticed this stuff sooner and saved myself the tribulations and the feelings of self doubt and the feelings of low self esteem caused by stupid people.
I hope everyone who reads this knows that their worth so much. You really are. It sounds stupid, but it’s true. Everyone deserves to be treated like a princess or prince and shouldn’t feel like they are less than anyone else. We are all deserving regardless of race, sex, gender, orientation, and legit regardless of anything. Don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise and if they do then you leave their sorry ass.
