....One of the Greatest lessons that I’ve learned thus far about being a parent is, “Don’t try to raise them to be who you wish you were, but to try and raise them to be who you wish you weren’t.” For various reasons I was a scholar who didn’t apply himself, which still haunts me to this day. So seeing Her receive straight A’s(or “5’s” as they now call it)is inspiring. I never got all A’s or 5’s, so in my opinion She’s already swung the pendulum of success in Her favor.
