He doesn’t see Sam, not properly, until they’ve all been interviewed and released from the building. He finds her waiting, statue-still at the kerb; the others have been rushed to the hospital. He hobbles over, leg still twinging.
“Hey.”
She doesn’t even so much as flinch at the sudden voice in the otherwise still sounds of the road in front of them and the building behind them.
“You not going to the hospital?”
“Not yet.”
“Me neither.”
She looks distant. Thousand-yard-stare distant. Worrying.
He wraps an arm around her shoulder and kisses her temple. “I love you. You know that, right?”

Linkin Park has been in my life since the release of their first album ‘Hybrid Theory’. They are my main favorite band as they are the first I usually tend to think of. As for artist, I am a big fan of Adam Lambert :D but aside from those two, I’m not really picky on music. I listen from rock to pop to classical, etc.
