Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 cups granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup buttermilk. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup shredded coconut.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C and grease a baking sheet. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients along with the eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together well.
