Have any of you been struggling with the home workouts? I have been don't some amazing at home ab and booty workouts, and the results are showing! I'm really proud of myself for pushing through, even though I got a bit depressed not being able to go to the gym. This last week, I started pushing myself because my muscles were going away quickly. I didn't like how much weight I was losing, so I pushed myself to figure out some home workouts to help gain some of my muscle back. If you are feeling unmotivated, then just try to stay with something small.
