its not done yet i am going to add ruffles to the other 3 unruffled layers and then i get to trim everything with a brighter blue ribbon (nightmare inducing prospect)

it is already pretty voluminous but i want it to have a definite bell shape sSSOOO we will see. how this progresses.

physicians formula (brand) circle rx. it a concealer make-up that either dyes or heals (i really dont know??) dark circles over time

i havent been using it for even a week and my circles are gone

CVS had everything by the brand for $5 off so i was like why not
