I had a nice after work drink at the new Buvez on Barber Street yesterday. It has a cool industrial atmosphere, and serves drinks as well as coffee and baked goods. Owner Bain and I used to play in a band together when he was 19 and not even old enough to be in the clubs we played at. Now he owns and runs several beloved Athens businesses.
