I need some advice. I found these Elpress L bonnets that I have been looking for on a site called buychina. The reviews for it are pretty 50/50 depending on which websites you look at. The bonnets are no longer in stock on their official taobao page or my-lolita-dress. It seems as if on Buychina, I can put both bonnets into my cart and go to check out. I'm just trying to figure out if I'll actually get them or not.
I’ve mostly heard a lot of mixed reviews as you’ve said. It sounds like when you actually get your items from them they are legit, but I’ve seen a lot of reviews from people saying they never received their items. Oddly enough most of the reviews I’ve seen from Lolitas were perfectly fine though. Since they work with TaoBao it may just be a matter of people buying from untrustworthy shops and have nothing to do with Buychina. I still think there’s probably some risk there, but if you’ve looked all over and haven’t found the bonnets you want anywhere else it may be a risk worth taking. Sorry I can’t give you a more solid answer.
