Draw All of Dragonball!!

Took a break, but will be doing these less often.

#103 - Buyon, the squishy, electric monster in a pit to kill Tresspassers at Muscle Tower.

#104 - General White 2 - Ready to thow hands

Some familiar dragon ball characters, Giran and Buyon. I’d be lying if I were to say that these two weren’t the inspiration for my character Eldritch (That big scorpion tailed fellow.) I also wanted to post something since it has been awhile.

Dragon Ball 040

Hey, it’s Buyon.   He sort of looks like a giant tongue, doesn’t he? 

Buyon’s the guardian of Muscle Tower’s fifth floor, except he’s more of a trap than a guardian.   There’s no door to the fifth floor, so the only way in is to get to the sixth floor, where General White tricks people into falling through a trap door that sends them down to Buyon’s tender care.

White figures he has Goku and 8 beaten, since Buyon is indestructible, and there’s no way out of his domain.   He demands that Goku hand over his Dragon Ball and the radar he used to find it, or he’ll just wait for Buyon to finish them off, and he can take what he wants from their corpses.   But Goku refuses to give in.   He came to Muscle Tower to open up a can of whoop-ass, and he’s more than happy to give Buyon a taste.

Except Buyon can’t be defeated through conventional means.   Punches and kicks are usesless against his sot, elastic body.   Even the Kamehameha is ineffective.   To be sure, Buyon has difficulty beating Goku as well.   When he zaps Goku with electricity from his antennae, Goku is hurt, but not killed.    When Buyon manages to get Goku into his mouth, Goku powers out again, and he manages to dodge the electric attacks.  So it’s a standoff, except Goku’s bound to tire out eventually. 

Meanwhile, Suno hears something under her bed, and finds a small fuzzy creature.    I don’t know what this has to do with anything, but okay.

Turns out that the li’l guy got lost, and it lives with its parents in a hole in the wall in Suno’s room.   She sends it back, and that’s that.   Well, this is cute and all, but what?

Speaking of Suno, Goku remembers how cold he was when he first arrived in this place, and how Suno explained to him what it means to be frozen.   That gives him an idea, so he punches a hole in the wall, letting the arctic chill enter the room, and this freezes Buyon into a more solid form.  

This takes a while, but 8 isn’t affected by the cold, so Goku takes shelter inside his coat while they wait for Buyon to solidify.  Once that’s done, Goku shatters him with a single hit.   Then he jumps up to the ceiling and smashes through to the sixth floor.   He even helps 8 climb up as well, and General White looks pretty screwed right now...
