It's really bugging me that the defense people keep giving on why Buzztube should leave Youtubers alone (specifically when talking about the latest Grace and Hannah articles) is because Youtubers "aren't celebrities, they're just people. They just talk in front of a camera." Um, technically celebrities are people too. They pretend to be other people in movies, on TV, or on the stage. And that everyone gets a busier schedule when they become more popular. Some of these celebrities could have some anxieties as well. It's not our right to know all of that. We in our society have glorified them into these beings where we feel we have the right to invade their privacy. So how about Buzztube and all the celebrity gossip magazines leave everyone alone because, bottom line, we're all just humans that have to live in this place called Earth together.

Dear Buzztube…

You need to: 1) Leave Jenna and her boyfriend the fuck alone because its getting creepy okay

2) Stop calling out Youtubers (for example Grace Helbig) for BEING FUCKING HUMAN BEINGS WITH ANXIETY AND FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET. She does so much for her fans that you probably don’t even bloody know about so just pipe the fuck down.

3) Stop portraying Shane Dawson as an asshole in literally every article you write about him

4) Stop reporting on bullshit stories, for example; a) Hello Harto and My Drunk Kitchen being cancelled - this has not been confirmed by anyone, and the whole article is basically saying MDK and HH is SHIT AND IT IS NOT OKAY? SO LEAVE HANNAH THE FUCK ALONE b) Grace being an alcoholic (???) and getting arrested for being drunk in public or whatever because LITERALLY WHO TOLD YOU THAT?! People actually believe this crap so don’t start spreading it??

5) Start finding valid stories that YOU KNOW ARE TRUE and are not going to hurt people

- As much as our favourite youtubers are well known in our community and might be classed as ‘celebrities’, they are human beings with feelings who don’t want some YouTube gossip site bullshitting about their lives
