DESCRIBE WHAT HAPPENED IN DETAIL OMFG!

OK OK OK IM SORRY THIS TOOK ME SO LONG BUT I LEGIT NEEDED TO COLLECT MYSELF BEFORE I COULD SAY EVERYTHING SO YEAH

So I got there at like 12:30 pm and there wasn’t too bad of a line, maybe 50 or so people. And it was freezing as fuck bc the the sun was on the other fucking side of the street, and also Canada, so it kinda sucked for a few hours cause I was by myself and couldn’t get a coffee or smth (and i’m not the type to be able to talk to people I don’t know). But eventually the sun came over, as it does, and then it was p warm. So I waited in line for 7 hours and played a lot of ds. Around 5:30 ish they let groups of ten in to get merch and I got my sweater, which was p cool. 

There was also a tour bus parked across the street and most ppl were entertaining themselves by trying to look every time the door opened and screaming “gerard way!!!” every time an old looking, clearly not-gerard person walked by. So eventual doors were about to open and fucking lOL A COMES OUT ACROSS THE STREET AND WALKS DOWN THE FIRST PART OF THE LINE (it at LEAST went around the corner at that point but idk how far it was bc i couldn’t be bothered to lose my spot to find out :p) They then care over and high fived a few people, and then doors opened. Lola was hanging out in the lobby taking pics, but I rushed in and got RIGHT BEHIND THE BARRIER PPL IT WAS LITERALLY ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME AND IT WAS SUCH A FUCKING GOOD SPOT OMG. I was also literally RIGHT in front of where the singer for nuns was going to stand, which was neat. But honestly i got so lucky like its a 1500 person venue and the vast majority of that is GA. 

So about an hour later nuns came on and they were super good. I wasn’t familiar with them but to me at least they sounded a little like the front bottoms mixed with brand new which is a p sweet mix if u were wondering. And then, about half an hour after they finished, gERAR D CAME ON AND IT WAS LIFE CHANGING LIKE HE’S SO TINY AND ADORABLE AND SMILEY AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME SEEING HIM IRL AFTER LOVING HIM/MCR FOR SO MANY YEARS AND JUST IT WAS SO SO FUCKING INCREDIBLE!!!! He talked about trans people and mental health (”you guys have really good health care here in canada right? fuck yeah you do!”) and he also mentioned Mikey at one point but just in passing, I think he was introducing hows it going to be or smth and he was like “growing up mikey and i never wanted to be stuck in our hometown forever” or smth like that idk. ALSO ITS TOTALLY TRUE THAT HIS VOICE IS WAY HIGHER IRL ITS SO FUCKING ADORABLE AGHHH!!!

But he put on such a fantastic show like it was the best show i’ve ever been to, and the crowd was so energetic like i was wearing a (p)leather jacket and i swear i almost got heat stroke but it was So. Much. FUN. And he tweeted that we needed to stay in the venue after if we wanted something signed so I waited after and there were so many people waiting. But we waited like an hour and a ton of people left, but there was still maybe 200 at least. He signed for ALL OF THEM. I got to meet him after they told him to stop doing hugs, but he was so nice and friendly and even though he had maybe 10 seconds with each person he said “thank you” to every single one, and I freaked out a bit and I think i just kinda mouthed thank you and looked shell shocked but he was so fucking sweet and tiny and he signed my ticket (so, the back of a piece of paper lmao) and then i left, and it was literally the best night of my life like i actually cried i s2g!!!!!!

and now my signed paper is on my wall next to my signed ap mikey poster so y’know, its all brotherly and shit ;p 

BUT SERIOUSLY HE PUTS ON THE BEST SHOW IT WAS INCREDIBLE 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!  

also while we were waiting for him to come out and sign i heard a few people legit discussing petekey theories and its so strange to hear that irl like it was so trippy
