They could have been skeletonized by an insect. Did they get leaves at all?
Dunno. I didn’t get back until late May.
We’ve never had a pest this bad in my memory, though.
Can we get a moment where Grillby bundles the two up super warm for the snow. Like overprotective Dad overbundled for the cold. Sort of like how you see tiny dogs with a coat, hat, scarf, and booties on a chilly day.
SURE.
I ALWAYS THINK of that scene in A Christmas Story where the mom bundles the one kid so much he can’t move. He falls down on the snow and he can’t get up cause he can’t even put his poor arms down from all the bundling.
