Suiiki hadn’t seen too much of the other Astral Dragon, but she knew one thing for certain: she wanted to meet her and make a friend.

Because the poor little noodle was basically friendless at this point.

So the moment she spotted Kelp, she put her master plan into action. Floating over as sneakily as she could on her clunky magic amethyst, she hid behind something and opened up a small portal.

She promptly used it to spray the other with water, ducking behind her cover to see what the result of her effort would be.
