gar never thought he actually had the guts to lean in so close to someone like shenzi. he had always been pretty shy whenever things got to this point but he just couldn't stay away from her now. his eyes were locked with hers as he licked his lips nervously, feeling terribly scared that she would push him off. to his surprise she didn't do anything, so he leaned even closer, closing the space between them as he carefully pressed his lips against hers. his feelings towards her were still very confusing as he was never sure if she actually liked him or not at all. but this right now just felt right for both of them.
