For someone who got accidentally injured and now has a metal thing sticking out of her arm, Maya’s probably surprisingly calm. Maybe because she’s turned off her assistive tech and couldn’t feel anything, but that’s beyond the point -- all she knows Mercy’s probably the best person to go ask for a little... help.

Normally, Junkrat ignores the morning people that find a place in the kitchen. He always gets too caught up in making himself some tea before scampering out before Mercy nags him for not getting enough sleep or enough to eat. Milk tea isn’t a supplement to food!!!

Meh.

But, he’s found himself standing off to the side this time, listening in on the conversation the good doctor seems to be having with a few other agents of Overwatch. She’s been to Australia? Great! People like her are needed out in those wastelands. All the doctors there are cheap, in the bad way, and the better ones inhabit Sydney and cost too much! What a shitty world. 

Dropping a few boba into his drink, Junkrat hops up onto the counter and makes himself quiet so he can listen further. She’s talking about patients? Hm.

Jesse is so confused, but he isn’t that upset. He is fine with the lovely angel lady picking him up and carrying him away from his boyfriend?? and his brother. He just sighs and settles down. “This is my fault though.”
