This house had been rumored to be haunted for many years. Brenda had always avoided the place since it frightened her. the thought of running into a vengeful spirit-- it made her tummy bunch up into knots. She had always been wary of such preternatural things. Exposing herself to supernatural danger was as pleasant as pulling teeth. However, she just couldn’t let things be as-is. If indeed, there was a spirit haunting the place, then she’d have to do something. After all, if she didn’t-- who will?

However, now that she was standing outside the house, she began to wonder if she should have brought some form of protection. A helmet, or something roughly equivalent to that, spirit-wise. At the very least she had brought snacks and a flashlight. So she could just stay for a little while and then leave whenever... right?
