🍟 Review time: I finally made it to #bychloeboston the other day when I was in town for the herbstalk convention and I ordered fries for the first time in forever... fries don’t usually blow my mind but my interest was peaked because the menu said they were air fried ....but I dunno about that, they tasted pretty regular to me. But they had two amazing sauces -beet ketchup and chipotle vegan mayo (and sauces are life) so it made it worth it. Anyway, everything was pretty good - I went in with high expectations so I wasn’t floored but maybe it’s because I’ve been making a similar salad as their Greek option (sans 100000 pounds of dressing) for a while now. I also got a giant cookie because duh. I love seeing mainstream plant based options springing up all over- there were people in there from all walks of life - cops, kids, couples, you name it.
