These vegan baked sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. They make a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional fries.
Ingredients: 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!

Instead of regular french fries, try baked jicama fries instead. They taste great and are good for you. This vegan snack or side dish is great because jicama has a mild flavor and gets crispy when it's baked. These fries are packed with flavor thanks to the smoked paprika, garlic, and onion powder that were used to season them.
Ingredients: 2 medium jicamas, peeled and cut into fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up. Add the jicama fries to a large bowl and mix in the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure the fries are covered evenly. Put the seasoned jicama fries on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they do not touch. Flip the fries over every 25 to 30 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the oven and, if you want, sprinkle it with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy while hot!
