Encountering Byrna pt. 1

Context

Raif stared at Azure shaking as he saw her. He had never seen him like this. Sure, he had seen him run away from danger in a cowardly way but it's all just an act from him but..

The gears in his mind turned. Azure recognized her yet he's afraid of her. Who is she? Did she hurt him? Raif had never seen Azure looked so terrified until now.

"Bullets," he slowly grabbed his wooden weapon, "Who the hell is that?" He stared at the other gun bot in a steely gaze.

Azure did not answer. He could not look away from her. He spoke up in a monotone voice. "Pepper, what do you want?"

The dangerous looking bot- Pepper pouted like a child. "Azzy, is that how you greet your family?"

"'Family'? What.." Raif's optics widened. "Bullets.. Is she your-?"

"Sister." She interrupted. "I'm his sister, Byrna." She stared at Raif with a dangerous look and she looked back at Azure.

"Look at you, Azzy~" Byrna chided. "Making an another 'friend' only to find out that he's ready to back-stab you-?"

"Leave him out of this!" Azure barked out. "What are you doing here? Did she send you just to drag me back there?!" Azure gritted his denta.

Raif glanced at him. 'She? Back there? What is going on here? Is this a family problem he just waltzed into? Oh.. Was Bullets in that situation like he was with his own family?'

Raif gripped his weapon tighter, ready to sling it. Azure shot him a look. Don't.

Byrna hummed nonchalantly as she fiddled with her belt filled with ammos. "Hmm, yes and no! Honestly, I just wanted to visit my big bro!"

She skipped around as she held her ammunition like a toy. "Too bad with you runnin' around spreading 'Love and Peace' you sure are hard to track down. But! With a few asking questions to bots, I found you!"

Azure's optics widened. "What.. did you do to them?"

"Relax! I let those pathetic losers live!" She paused. "I regretted it, maybe I should've scar their faces especially with what they did to you." She pointed at the new bandage on Azure's arm.

"But eh, you'd whine about it sooo.." She pointed her loaded gun arm at them. "How about we go home and take this somewhere else?"

Ohohoho buddy! You are in for a ride! I'm sorry this is gonna be a long ahh post-

Pepper was kind but reckless and curious botbot. She often wondered why they have to move so many times, why bots are afraid of her and even humans. She asked big bro Azzy so many times. "It's just that our alt mode scares them. It's a weapon that hurts people."

Pepper looked down in shame. Azzy comforted her. "But you are special, Pepper. You're not a weapon that hurts. You're a weapon that defends against bad guys! You're a pepper spray gun!"

Pepper looked up to him in wonder. Azzy smiled, "One day, they'll see that you're the coolest fighter- a hero! A brilliant planner!"

"But what about you?" she asked in worry. "I want others to not be scared of you!"

"Well.." The light in his optics dim for a millisecond. "You can leave me behind so that you wouldn't be-"

"No! I'll be a hero and then I'll show them that you're not a monster! You're not leaving me!"

Azzy laughed warmly as he hugged her. "Alright then, hero. They'll see that you're more than meets the eye."

At first, Pepper wanted to help them but they're always afraid no matter what. She tried and tried. Until one of them got brave and threw a rock at her, but her big bro protected her.

Ever since they saw Azzy, they threw more rocks at them, yelling at them to leave. He shielded her from the rocks thrown at them and ran away fro the bots that called them 'monsters'.

Her big bro got hurt and wounded. All because of her. Why did they do it? He's nothing but a kind and helpful older brother!

Azzy didn't yell at her. She was hurt. He comforted her, not worrying about his wounds. She was guilty. He's still smiling as he bleeds, with tears in his optics as he gave her a hug. She was- Something snapped in her as her big brother held her.

Byrna will be a weapon that defends Azure from others no matter what.

so like is Anton a new character in Bryna’s life that she just met or are they someone close to Azure’s so called “family” and possibly apart of that family

The second one. After the gun sibs travelled around, they both met her.

They stuck together for a long time until... "The Incident"

Encountering Byrna pt. 2

Part 1

In a blink, Raif grabbed his stick weapon and was ready to shoot her down.

"STOP!" Azure screamed.

Byrna stood still, staring at the weapon that Raif was holding. Then she tilted her helm in amusement. "A slingshot? Wow, how can a kid's toy be-?"

Something dashed by her and it left a hole on the alley wall. Bryna felt something dripping from her cheek. She raised her servo and wiped it off. It's energon. She stared at Raif holding an another pebble, ready to load again.

"Say that again or it'll be your helm next!" Raif bared his denta at her. "I don't know what the hell is going on between you two, but here's one thing.. You stay away from Bullets.."

Byrna's face twisted with contempt. "Who do you think you are? You're just a sad little kid's toy, this conversation isn't for you. You don't know anything about him!"

Raif growled. "Really? Bullets here doesn't want to go back home with you! And you say that you know him?!" He let out a humorless chuckle as his ears twitched. "For a dangerous weapon held by adults, you sure aren't mature-"

Byrna sprinted towards Raif, who barely had the time to aim her. In a blink, she grabbed his head and slammed it down on the concrete. He grunted in pain and his optics watered.

Raif tried swinging his slingshot towards her but she moved aside and twisted his arm. He howled in pain. Byrna aimed her loaded gun arm at him.

"STOP!" Azure yelled and jumps in. He grabs her gun arm just in time for her to fire her weapon. The bullet hit the bricked wall and the bullet exploded with orange gas.

Byrna gasped and she quickly elbowed Azure hard. He hissed in pain. She pulled out some sort of a mask and she wore it.

The smoke descended on them. Azure couldn't breathe. The spicy smoke filled his nose and he gagged. His tears began to form. It hurts.

"P-Pepper.."

Byrna just only stood there and watched him.

Azure can hear Raif beside him coughing and writhing. He grabbed Raif to haul them out of the ever growing smoke engulfing them but his vision swam and seem to sway.

The last thing he hears is Byrna's footsteps and muffled breathing before he blacks out

Angsty OC stuff

Stayshot and Splashshot reminds Azure Gig of him and Pepper before they fall apart because of well.. ideals.

Whenever he sees the two, it gives him a slap of reality of what him and Pepper could've been if their alt modes were like that.

If they live in a safe house with no one being afraid of them, maybe Pepper wouldn't turn into Byrna.

He yearns for it but he'll never have that dream. He'll always be reminded that he's a real gun. He'll never be a child's toy no matter how much he pretends to be one. After all, he's a dangerous weapon that kills
