Honestly this is my first time doing something like this but I felt the need to, so here I am.... I’m also writing this on my computer (it’s a first for everything today)
Firstly I have to thank everyone who decided to create this show and especially Byungho for allowing himself to be so vulnerable.
Byungho opening up about his problems has made me admire him as more than just a musician but as a person who struggles with mental health
Gang has made me try to further help myself with my own mental health struggles
Seeing everyone try to help Byungho makes me so happy but sad at the same time
Hyuna helping Byungho through his panic attack warms my heart, she really helped him even if it didn’t seem like a lot
as someone who suffers from panic attacks I was starting to have one while watching Byungho start his but Hyuna’s words also calmed me down enough to pause the video and take a short break
Paloalto is what I wish more people were like, He was concerned for Byungho and bringing awareness to mental health
Paloalto would continuously remind Byungho that if he wished to stop filming he could
Huge shout out to Byungho for continuing to push through
Paloalto being concerned when Byungho decided to not show up for the dog episode was heart warming
Gang has made me realize some of my own problems and made me realize I should be more open about my metal health to my friends and family but knowing me I wont be open for a while.
All the artist and Byungho’s mom who left a message for Byungho made me sad-happy for Byungho
seeing him hold back tears hurt me. Just let the tears flow boy
