This is the result of my serovital 30 day challenge. I took a photo every day for 30 days. There's my mid-month challenge photos and from beginning to end challenge photos for you to do a side by side comparison. (See Instagram for all 30 days and challenge photos) Full disclosure, I took a bad fall at the beginning of this challenge. It was my 3rd injury sustaining fall in a few months time. I was sedentary for this challenge instead of my moderately active self. Even so, I didn't alter my diet in any way. I can actually post what I ate for you if you want to see it. I'm big on quantifiable data. I can tell you prior to this challenge my pulse rate was in the low 60's. During the challenge it was in the high 50's. My blood pressure remained consistently 90/65 before and during the challenge. In total, even without modifying my diet or increasing my activity level, I lost 12.8 lbs in 30 days. I posted the screenshot from the app attached to my smart scale. Subjectively, I can tell you when I decided to sleep, I fell asleep right away and slept soundly. It's unusual for me as it generally takes a while for me to get to sleep. Also, I normally don't sleep soundly. As far as energy level is concerned, I had the energy to complete the tasks I needed to complete. I just didn't always have the physical capability due to my injuries because of my falls. Instead of giving you my opinion on this product, I elected to give you the data I collected to allow you to make an informed decision yourself.
