"I stand by George. He's my king, but most importantly, he's my friend."
HEAR ME OUT:
c!Sapnap animatic about him being "haunted" by c!DNF set to "I will be there" from the count of monte cristo musical, but instead of a love song between two people, it's framed as two people promising/threatening the third member of their trio that they're not going anywhere and he can't escape his memories of them...
ok, i got this image right as i woke up so i need to bless you with it too:
cSapnap in the Kinoko Kingdom, nearer to the end of things, rather than the start, alone. There's cGeorge, but he's been asleep for so long and nothing Sapnap does can wake him up. Then an idea strikes. George is a king, so he's kinda a prince right? A sleeping prince? How do you wake a sleeping prince? With a true love kiss!
So Sapnap, so afraid, so lonely, putting all hope he has left into this tiny gesture goes to sleeping George. Of course, this will work! He loves George! He followed him into and through everything; he misses him so badly and would give everything he has left to have George back.
After making sure George's all comfortable in his huge bed, without any stupid plants (they keep growing everytime he looks away), Sapnap leans in and so so softly, so tenderly kisses his best friend.
and it doesn't work. George doesn't wake up. Sapnap is still alone. Still not enough
Sapnap just sitting there in silence before he finally crumples against George's chest, unable to hide the fact he's crying as he shoves blankets and clothing aside so he can find George's heartbeat, long and slow and practically hibernating at this point but there all the same.
He's alive. Sure, Sapnap can't speak to or talk to or be around him for real, but at least he's alive, right? Right?
Everytime I think about how c!george didn't have c!sapnap in his blowing up the server dream because he could never hurt c!sapnap even in his dreams because he's the only one who will always stick by george...I want to eat drywall
Don't blame me, love made me crazy, if it doesn't you aren't doing it right
C!snf does not get talked about more. Like they have been with each other since day one. Not once did Sapnap ever leave George’s side. He was on George’s side when George was dethroned and always protected him. Sapnap has followed George every where from throne to el rapids to kinoko. While George may distrust Sapnap in some cases I think he also is very loyal. George has trusted Sapnap’s judgement and major ideas for a majority. He also wouldn’t have sticked by Sapnap for so long of he truly hated or distrusted Sapnap. In his dream stream sequence Sapnap was probably not mentioned because Sapnap is the only one in his life that is grounding and he is certain off. George has mixed feelings on Dream, Quackity, Karl, and even Technoblade so he fights them to have some type power over them. Sapnap isn’t there because George is so sure of their relationship that the last thing he would dream of is hurting Sapnap. Without George, Sapnap would have no one left to protect or love. Without Sapnap, George would be left alone and spiral deeper into dreams longing for the past. C!snf only have each other and are so loyal to one another that they would die together in some way.
