okay so i've loved tom burke since i saw him the first time in & as strike in 2017. didn't google him much except for his age. then I saw him guest star in the crown. then modern love. happy for him ♡

now i googled him last night and read his wiki. HE IS DAVID BURKE'S SON 😭😭😭 david burke is my favourite dr. watson from when i was a kid. him & jeremy brett were my most favourite watson & holmes when i was a teen. i was low-key pissed when i saw edward hardwicke continue the role of dr. watson (no offense to him, he was good too but burke was my fav)

why did it take me SIX YEARS to get here 😭 i'm so stupid.
