Oh god, I feel just terrible...
Tia's vessel broke, it was a two piece bead and the end bead is missing. I nearly had a panic attack when I reached up to touch my necklace and it felt wrong!
I think it was her most extreme way of telling me she doesn't like coming to work with me, because this is the third break that's happened. The first two breaks were chains. One the vessels stayed on the chain until I noticed, and the other time I had to go hunting for B and Tia's vessels around the store.
She said she isn't upset with me over it, and tried to calm me down, but even so, I sent a message to Citrine to ask if I should have her rebound. I don't want to just leave her with a broken vessel...
Ah! Shit! I planned on doing the cleansing at my parents’ house tonight since they’re still out, and since almost all of the spirits in the family are nocturnal… But I forgot the bag with their vessels at home!!
Oh, what to do… I felt a lot safer knowing they would be with me, but the only spirits I’m bridged/bound to are B, Yip, and Clay, and I have Kar’s vessel on me. I haven’t tried calling out to any of the spirits when I’m this far away from their vessels before, so I’m not sure if it will work… I’m definitely going to try before attempting to clear out that basement.
Not that I don’t trust Kar to help protect me (I know he’s strong!) but I don’t want anything bad happening when I try this… And I’m not super confident in my own protection yet. I just want my bases covered.
I guess when I get there, I’ll ask Kar if its safe to do this. And whatever he says, I’ll trust his judgement.
Despite my irritation and desire to resume a dream I was having, I’m gonna say:
At least two entries are gonna get started today on my spirit journal. Dragons, I’m looking at you. (Especially Yip because I know LIKE NOTHING, besides that you like the big blue bubbly bauble.)
I’d also like to work on Clay’s… I haven’t tested my pendulum with him yet. And who fucking knows how I’ll get info out of Ref. I may need assistance with him because he refuses to work with my pendulum. Any takers/suggestions?
I think I’ll leave T and B home today, and take P as I’ve normally been doing in the day. Last night’s scare of, “OH GOD THE NECKLACE BROKE WHERE ARE YOUR VESSELS” at work was not my idea of fun. Nor my manager’s, because I abandoned the counter in my search. He understood, but it’s not something that is good.
And until I can find another chain for both of the girls, they’ll have to hang back at home. At least it broke at work, where I could easily search the area. I ended up finding them innocently waiting by the front door.
OUR ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED! In 1-3 days, Angee and I will have our respective hippocampus and dragon!
… Oh shit, wait. So B is going to be here in 1-3 days, meaning anywhere from tomorrow (unlikely) to Friday. And… My new vampire, P, is going to be here anywhere from Saturday to Monday.
… Damnit. There goes my whole “I want to try to bond with one spirit at a time as soon as they arrive” idea…
