I keep thinking warmer weather is coming, and then it just doesn’t. Some days, it seems like the temperature might rise, but its just been a tease. My allergies aren’t built for this, I can say that much.

Starting tonight I’m running a sale at the shop- buy one get two when you come in to pick up any romance novel or book. I guess I’m still feeling the season.

Mondays will never be my favorite days of the week, but I’m happy this one went by pretty quickly. I would ask if anyone has big plans tonight, but again I say, it’s Monday. Did everyone at least survive alright?

Stepping out of the shop, Nick took a deep breath of fresh air, slipping his hands into his pockets before setting off to his right. Truthfully, he wasn’t certain where he was headed, only that he was determined to enjoy his time off as much as possible. He made his way briskly down the sidewalk, offering smiles and nods to all he passed, his only goal to attempt to brighten the day of another. 

Rounding the corner, Nick found himself stopping dead in his tracks, head cocking immediately as he narrowed his eyes at another standing nearby. Raising his hands, he began to sign, mouthing the words as he went. “What are you doing here?” He asked, obviously perplexed.

After right at three weeks away from good old NYC I'm finally in the home stretch of...Well, being home. I just got off the plane and into my car. Now, I just need the patience to get through this traffic and I'll be good to go. By the time I get home I'm pretty sure it'll be too late to cook, so leave your best takeout recs and hopefully something will strike my fancy. And, even though I realize this status is absolutely pointless to anyone but myself, I can't seem to find a good stopping point! I guess, let me know if you're interested in getting together, I'll be home for a couple of weeks at least. @atfgstarters
