muse: angel rivera. 36. gang leader.
plot: angel is outside a theater where his sister's ballet company just performed. someone just ran into him on the street. maybe they saw something they shouldn't or were involved in something they shouldn't have been and angel can help them??? Or it can just be a run of the mill meet-cute. (maybe a dancer friend of his sisters??? 👀) whatever you decide.
The crowd spills out of the theater in waves. Expensive perfume, laughter, flashing phones, and applause still linger in the air. Angel is far from it all and completely out of his element as he waits to congratulate his sister. He leans against his car across the street, arms folded, watching the exit with quiet focus.
A sharp curse breaks through the background noise. Someone stumbles off the curb, colliding straight into him. Hard enough that he has to steady them by the elbows to keep them from falling. He notices the way they're startled, maybe flustered.
His grip doesn't tighten, but it doesn't drop either as they make eye contact. "Yo, you good, mami?"

angel walks into his boss' home as he does at least two times a week, same hour, same routine every damn time. however he is surprised when he does not see the familiar man standing there, and it's them instead. ''is he not home?''
📱angel.
Clayton: Think I could convince you to come over and hang?
Cecelia had gotten up to take a trip to the bathroom, only to return to find her seat had been taken. The event had pulled most of the town out for the evening and so it was no surprise that others jumped at the newly emptied seat. She stood near the back as her eyes scoured the rest of the group in search of a free chair. But the only one she could find, that wasn’t too far away for her view to be blocked, was beside Angel Barbosa. They wet back years, so she quickly jumped into action and weaved through the seated bodies and settled down in the seat next to her. “Hey, were you saving this for someone? Or is it fair game? I can’t see back there.” @angel-barbosa
Staying home was the only thing Leo had on his agenda for the night. He had no plans to walk through the streets of Citrus and shopping around at all the vendors, participating in the pie eating contest, let alone laying on a blanket with Angel and watching Grease. But by some absolutely miracle, she convinced him to hop in the shower, get dressed and come out. Maybe it was the promise that she was dressing up, maybe it was the certainty of getting drunk and running into his friends, or maybe it was the strong possibility that Leo would end up taking her back home with him at the end of the night.
“So when does Bad Sandy come out exactly?” He asked, propping himself up on his elbow, eyes trained on her. “‘Cause right now she looks like pastels and ruffles, and you definitely do not look like that right now.”

“Hey stranger!” Nav called out to the blonde. “Y’alright, mate? Long time no see!”

as much as everyone told her to stay away from angel, eleanor sort of didn’t give a fuck. he was perfect: someone she shouldn’t catch feelings for and someone who looked like they could provide a no strings attached good time. and honestly? that’s exactly what it turned out to be. he was sort of an arrogant asshole, but honestly so was she so it worked out. as for why they were literally having a full conversation with her sitting crosslegged in front of him wrapped in a sheet, was beyond her. she chuckled softly, “dude, i need you to teach me how to run. i’m an idiot when it comes to running.” @ofangelos
