“Oops! Excuse me!” Tigger said as he had knocked into the person, his eyes widening. “I’m very sorry for knocking into you. I wasn’t paying attention ‘cos I had seen a beautiful bouquet of roses--but that’s beside the point. Are you alright?”

It took Jennifer a while to decide to come back to Bruce's apartment after she got lured to the trap and attacked there, but the mess she made during the escape won't clean up itself. She didn't want it to be the first thing he will see when he comes back home.
Reaching out the building she noticed the light in her cousin's apartment window. Not sure what to expect this time, Jennifer rushed inside, ready to knock out anyone who could wait for her there again. It was quite a surprise when she found in the apartment no one else but her slightly confused cousin.
"Dammit, Bruce, where the hell you've been?" still in shock, Jennifer wasn't sure if she wants to hug or slap him. "I've looked for you everywhere! I was worried that something happened to you!" she stopped rambling and looked around the trashed apartment. "Um, I can explain the mess."
@nightswatchbar || Bruce and Desmond
Desmond came down to this beach pretty regularly. The first time Bruce had met him, it was because he had mistaken Desmond for a seal, paddling about on his board, and taken a nip at one of his ankles. Of course he’d realized immediately that that’s not what seals taste like and helped Desmond to shore, bandaged up his ankle with seaweed, and apologized profusely for being so dumb. It wasn’t his fault he didn’t see well. He was made for ambush, to bite first and ask questions later.
Ever since, he kept watch for the now familiar shape of Desmond’s surfboard, and burst out of the water as soon as he saw him. They talked about all kinds of things, and Desmond lamented his poor love life.
Today was no different, though it was later than Desmond usually showed up. Bruce was staying far from a particular sandbar because there was a party going on and the noise bothered him, and he found Desmond plodding along the beach unsteadily. As Desmond plunked down in the sand he pulled himself out of the water, frowning a bit.
“What’s the matter?”

Lorna’s heart was still racing from seeing Erik alive again. It was a shock to see him here of all places. STARK Tower wasn’t exactly where she’d expected him to be recovering. Lorna would much rather have him back home, on Genosha. But not only did moving him in this state seem like a risky move, she wasn’t sure he would feel as secure on Genosha as Lorna did. Not after what happened.
If he must stay here, however, Lorna wasn’t about to just leave him here. She wouldn’t lose him again. How many times did one person have to lose their parents, feel them ripped away unceremoniously? Felt like she might be going for some kind of awful record at this point. No, if Erik had to stay, she was going to make sure that he was in safe hands. It wasn’t that she didn’t trust Jean and Scott (okay, maybe there was more doubt there than she’d like when it came to Erik’s health and safety. But could they really blame her for that?) but they weren’t here constantly. No, there was someone else in charge of primary care it seemed.
“Bruce Banner.”
Lorna called his name, spotting the scientist-hero down the hall. She sped up to catch up to him, ignoring anyone else around them. “We need to talk. In private. Now.”
closed starter for @realwhenitsuseful: “Sometimes we get doughnuts.”
Barry couldnt wrap his mind around the fact that he was having doughnuts with Bruce Wanye, granted this was something that he needed since he figured out that he had a 125k bounty on him. Well, more on the Flash than himself. “Sometimes you guys get doughnuts? Why is it sometimes?”
“Hey sugar,” Gemma grinned, floating through the store as the swinging glass door shut behind her, a bell chiming as it did. She ran the tips of her fingers over a few sweatsuits as she made her way to the counter. As she arrived, she rested her hand in her palm, batting her lashes up at Bruce. “Has it been busy in here? Seems lonely, being stuck here all day.”

Pulling her camera up she took a few shots. The silence was soothing, and exactly what Daisy needed to center herself. It seemed like forever since she’d gotten out with her camera and just let herself be free with it. Though, good things never lasted too long - or silence in this case. Hearing someone beside her she turned with a raised brow. “I didn’t ask for a model today.” She started with a small grin . || @grextwhxteshxrk
