❝ watch this! ❞ he said to no one in particular. sasha grinned as he caught his eye with those beginning to watch his fingers FLICKER & WEAVE through the cards... as if he were breathing LIFE into them. in fact, the very threads of magic now THRUMMED through them. he was a SHAM of a magician, really, but it was also real. and when his tricks subsided and his fingers ceased to move, he gave a little BOW and grinned. ❝ WELL? how was that for a MAGIC TRICK? ❞
