I have no idea exactly how this happened, but somehow the stars have aligned to gift me with a childless Saturday night off from work! Maybe this is some good Karma coming back around, or just the universe providing exactly what I needed. Either way, I am thankful. As much as I would love to just lay around in my pajamas, I know I would be mad at myself if I at least didn’t go out for dinner or something. Is anyone free to join?

Stepping out of the library, Alvaro took in a breath, slipping his sunglasses back onto his face as he adjusted the strap of his bag over his shoulder. Maple Creek was new to him, though ultimately appeared obviously similar to so many of the places he’d found himself over the years. Stepping towards the sidewalk, Alvaro very nearly ran directly into an oncoming figure. “Shit.” He muttered, taking a step back. “One day I’ll learn to watch where I’m walking. Are you alright?”

Luca’s head was on a swivel as he made his way through Town Square, taking in the decorations and aesthetics all around him. The crisp air was plenty to remind him that Fall had officially arrived, though the decorations surrounding him only added to the effect. Spotting an oncoming passerby, Luca sidestepped into their path, offering a charming smile as he lifted a hand in greeting. “My apologies, I don’t mean to interrupt your afternoon. However, I wondered if you might be willing to be of some assistance. Tell me, are there any noteworthy Haunted Houses in the area?”

Extending his arm, Lucio drew his palm gently over the mare’s mane. As he went, the Italian Crown Prince allowed himself to daydream, his mind wandering to the goings-on in his home country. Chewing the inside of his lip, Lucio failed to hear the approaching footsteps entering the stable. Catching a glimpse of movement in his peripheral, the Prince turned quickly, jumping a bit. “My apologies, you startled me.”

As much as I love my career, it is nice to be able to relax in my own bed. That said, I’ve been doing that for about 48 hours solid, so if anyone wants to change that, let me know. Otherwise, anyone up to anything big this weekend?

Stealing Nick away had been part of Jeff’s plans all along and the weekend provided the perfect opportunity to do just that. After spending his day cycling through several ideas he thought he had finally come up with the perfect plan. After surprising Nick with the zipline, the pair headed to the Times Square Ferris Wheel. After waiting in line, they were finally being ushered forward. “Ready for this?” Jeff asked while he slid into the bucket, leaving room for Nick right beside him. “Don’t worry, don’t worry, I’ll make sure you’re safe and secure the whole ride. You trust me, remember? You said it yourself!” Grinning he patted the seat next to him, waiting for Nick to slide in.

Okay, so, like, I have to admit I was totes a little on the fence about this whole dating app thing. Because, like, even though they’re supes popular these days, I’ve heard wayyyy too many horror stories from people who have used them. But, I took the leap anyway and I’ve got to admit, I’m not disappointed! Anyhoot, I’m Mason McCarthy! Some of you may know me as a Veteran Cheerleader of the LA Chargers, or as one of the Professional Judges for the National Cheer Association’s NCA All-Star Championship Cheer Competition. Despite the fact that on the surface, it appeared as though the last place Jude Powell might find himself on a Thursday night was the Bradford Springs Public Library, the reality was the he visited the establishment more frequently than he generally cared to admit. Besides enjoying the peaceful, quiet atmosphere, Jude found himself getting lost in his browsing, carefully selecting what he might read next. Due to his decision to leave high school a year early, many believed that Jude might have been unintelligent, however the assumption could not have been further from the truth. He’d been lost in reading the third page of the newest book he’d picked up, balancing it atop a small stack. Turning the corner, he very nearly ran smack into another patron, stopping just short as he took his time registering what had happened. “Oh shit, sorry.” Jude offered, shrugging slightly. “My bad. You good? Or, should I call an ambulance?”
