Of all the compliments to get, to receive one from a royal, one who had held the throne at that was perhaps the quickest boost to the mage's ego had ever received and one of the most addicting and powerful. Heated breath, hungry eyes and wet, kiss bruised lips as his hands travelled across Leander's muscular, greek god like physique as he heard the endless, hungry words of want and praise from the man himself. Chest heaving, eyes fluttering as a hungry, filthy kiss silenced both men for just a moment.

"Mmm, by all means keep telling how much you adore me, your majesty. You know I adore the attention, your attention" He murmured against those lips - catching his breath from the kiss and licking his lips. "If I didn't know any better I think you wanted to keep me."

"I am sorry for your loss. The king would be missed. He was a great friend," he spoke in a serious voice as Berik slowly walked toward Leander. He was honest in his voice and his tone. There was also sadness. Leander, the late king and Berik had been close. The three of them had a strong bond and relationship. He considered the late king his best friend and there were not many people he considered a best friend.

"How is the queen doing?" he asked extending his hand for them to take as he looked into those beautiful eyes. "Would you like to walk with me?"
