The horse was galloping as fast is it could for a very long time. The animal was getting exhausted and Wil himself was bruised and battered but finally it seemed like they were losing the trolls. After another hour of not hearing anything Wil foolishly pulled back on the reigns to slow the horse down and that was when he was jumped from all directions. He tried to fight the creatures off and he was doing okay until he felt the club to the back of his head, knocking him out in the process.
The half elf wasn't sure how much time had passed as he came to but after a short groan escaping him the sack over his head was pulled off his head. It took a moment for his eyes to adjust. The world around him was dark but he could tell they were in a clearing. At first he thought it was just him until he heard the loud electric sounds of a proud and the muffled screaming of someone he didn't recognize. He tried to listen to the trolls grunting and squealing sounds of communication but all he picked up was healer, rover, Ellcrys. He didn't know much but he knew he was in their way and they needed him gone.
Another shot of electricity sounded by the person tied up. He heard them muffle out no, please, no. But after another shot magic shot out of their hands and portal opened up behind Wil. Suddenly the biggest troll he had ever seen approached him and it clicked. They were not going to get him out of the way by killing him, there were clerics that could bring him back, but they were essentially kicking him out of the Four Lands. Wil's eyes went wide but before he could protest he felt a huge kick hit him in the sternum and make him shoot back.
One second the world was around him was flying by. The next thing he knew he was engulfed by blue but that only lasted a second. Next the black sky he had been looking at was suddenly bright blue and the stars had turned into light clouds. He heard someone screaming and thought it might be him but it also sounded so far away. As the screaming seemed to follow him he wondered if he was flying but that thought was fleeting as he suddenly felt and saw himself crashing through a thicket of trees. In a second the screaming stopped as the world around him went black just before he hit the ground in a lump.
