There was silence through the apartment as both Declan and Regina slept, the light flashing from the television as Netflix played yet anouther season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Regina had insisted they watch it while she tried to fall asleep, but the now silence coming from the set showed that she’d knocked out faster than her husband, giving him the chance to turn the loud sound to mute for the rest of the night. She’d fallen asleep using him as some sort of makeshift pregnancy pillow several hours ago but since then rolled over so she was facing away, a head pillow tucked between her legs instead. Suddenly the woman was jolted awake by a odd feeling in her bells, causing her breath to be sucked in quickly, sitting up slightly from the side. “What the fuck was that...” Regina barked, eyes wide as she places her hand on the side of her extremely rounded stomach. “Declan.” She hissed, reaching over to try and find him, shaking him awake. “Wake the fuck up that felt really weird.” Her voice held an obvious note of alarm, maybe if she’d spent longer reading the baby books that were around the house she’d know it had just been the first of many full strength kicks, but sadly she had not. “Something really fucking weird just happened.” @declankeating
