Angela's stall had been busy, to say the least. She was always thankful for Frostford's generous residents, and she knew everyone, deep down, was good. All of her hard work had paid off, and she adored how much everyone seemed so thankful for it all. "That there's the last slice of that pie. I ain't ever seen it all go so fast, sure beat last year."    he’s the last left in the dressing room, stuffing his pads back into his bag and taking his sweet time leaving. it’d been one of the tougher practices, the kind that made the legs burn and promised futures from gallons of sweat and gritted teeth. ryan stretches out his feet before him, reaches forward for his toes ( only ends up grazing his fingertips against his ankles ). some cross between a groan and sigh escapes as the position pulls at rapidly tightening hamstrings.

   ryan turns his head to one side to ease at a kink in his neck and oh is that. oh. he pops quickly back up to a sitting position. “ oh, didn’t know ya’d still be--” well no, that’s not quite true. marcus dubois is the captain for a reason, and ryan’s only been here a few weeks, be he already knows that marcus is damn good at wearing the c. he ducks his head, goes back to shoving gear into his bag. “ --i was just leaving. ”

"Y'know, I ain't too fond'a chocolate, so.. you want it?" She questioned Marcus, holding out the box of chocolates given to her after her last project at the charity. It was often that people not only wanted to donate money, they wanted to say thank you to the individuals who created the fundraising events to make it all happen. Naturally, Angela didn't refuse the kind notion, but she hadn't the heart to tell them she didn't like chocolate. It was, after all, a weird thing not to like. @thatspecterman

being stuck in huntsville didn't mean that alessandra was letting her gym routine slack. being a paramedic over at the fire station had her making sure that her cardio was up in case there were emergencies.

she had been robotically running on the treadmill for the past hour, mindlessly running while she was thinking things over in her head. she liked the monotony of running. she didn't have to think about it, she could trust the body to do the work while the brain took the backseat for a while. it was the peace she craved.

unaware of who what coming and going in the gym, she kept at her pace with no intentions to slow down anytime soon.

how was this place so busy? the town wasn't exactly a capital city. in between all the commotion marcus had lost track of alessandra in the crowd. she had been swept away in the sea of people and he couldn't find her. when he was about to give up, his luck changed when he spotted his cousin.

"marc! you seen alessandra around?"

"Your friends don't seem to like me very much," Marcus pointed out. Not that it mattered to him. He wasn't doing this for them. He set his bag on the cot. His entire life was in that duffle and the backpack on his back. He tossed the book he was currently reading onto the bed as well.

Jace was trying to find out information about a Warlock that was apparnetly working for Valentine. Of course, he was supposed to be on Valentine’s side now but Jace was smart. He was trying to get information whilst he was there whilst still acting loyal to Valentine. So when he heard a rustle behind him in the warehouse, he stopped and pulled out his seraph blade. “I wouldn’t want to be here if i were you...so show yourself.”
