An school au where you are a popular kid in school and everyone is trying their best to impress you, but in reality, you don’t care about dating, nor were you interested. Yet, your friends tried to get you to go out with someone, and they found their victim.

Another boring day at school
Everyone is still swooning over you as usual
And boy do you hate it
Every time you walk in the hallways, you feel eyes looking at you from all the males and females
Though female eyes were mainly full of hatred
But who cares?
You have classes with at least one of your friends in all of your classes
Of course you sit with them in each class
I can’t do names, so i’m using a generator for these names
Let’s call them Angel, Sungmin, and Jiu
Three female friends, yeah
You sit in a class with Sungmin, aka the one who always trying to get someone for you to date the most
The other two still try, but not as hard and they both do it to the point where it still hasn’t annoyed you somehow
“You see that guy, isn’t he cute?” Sungmin said
You look at the boy that she was talking about, and you just looked at him plainly
“I guess.” You say plainly
She punched your arm gently, “Come on, be interested.”
You rolled your eyes and she punched you gently again
When it came to lunch time, you sat with your friends under a tree outside
You guys share food, except when there are foods that you don’t like, you just starve
Despite them being your friends, you sometimes get third wheeled
Honestly it’s a blessing bc they can’t bother you with finding dates
You sat there on your phone, not caring for anything in the world
You didn’t noticed a group of 7 boys walking passed you
Well until one of your friends literally shook you and pointed to the one with the black comma hair and has a eyebrow scar
Bc let’s pretend that’s an actual scar
Your friends waited until they leave and they asked you so many questions to see if you were interested
You gave them answers and made it obvious that you weren’t interested at all
“At least give him a shot.” Jiu said
“Of course, like I did with all the other boys you three paired me up with.”
You seem to recognize one of them from one of your classes
But you don’t talk to him
Then you remembered that you took pictures of the soccer team for yearbook and that’s why those boys seem familiar
“Also, aren’t those guys really popular from the soccer team here?”
“Oh, you actually know something about this school!” Angel said
“????? i took pictures of the soccer team for yearbook??”
“...... Oh yeah.”
Wow such friends
“All the girls love them, well, except you.” Jiu said

Now Angel called out one of them, and the one who was in the same class as you
“Hey Subin, come here!”
Right, his name is Subin
God you should at least try to remember names
But oh well
He came over and you eyed on your friend, almost a glare, but you looked away before they noticed
You can hear them whispering to each other but hardly hearing what they’re actually talking about
“Oh, Sejun-hyung?” He said
“SHHHHHH.” Angel said
Sejun who?
The sejun guy turned his head and was confused on what the heck they’re talking about
And so were you
Everyone was waiting for subin as he was talking to your friend
Sejun went back to his phone as the two talked for god who knows how long
Then the bell rang and both groups separated their ways
Though it looks like Subin and Angel wasn’t done
And sadly both of them are in this class
Now you’re sitting in class and THEY’RE STILL GOING AT IT

You actually moved away from them
Bc even though you’re popular, you actually bother to get good grades
And you wonder why that class actually felt like it was HOURS long
Skipping to the end of the school day
God bless it’s the weekend
Since it’s the weekend, you’re basically like ‘friends who?’
It’s those two days where they can’t bother you about going out with someone
Well, until you got a text from Angel
“Hey, want to hang out?” it said
God dang it
Let’s be honest, you got nothing to do, especially when it’s a saturday and you finished your homework yesterday
“Sure.” you texted back
You can already feel the regret coming
“Cool! We’ll pick you up and go to the mall!” you read when Angel replied
You knew it meant now, so you went to go change
You went in a pink hoodie and shorts with a small bag, bc why not
By the time you finished, you already hear the knocking on your door
You opened the door and it was one of the soccer guys
From his face, you can probably tell it was sejun
He was wearing a black hoodie
Almost like your outfit but except he’s not wearing shorts

You checked the car and saw it was Angel’s car
Since you weren’t allowed to drive and Sungmin and Jiu get distracted easily, which is why they can’t drive
Oh god the soccer crew is coming, you just know it
You smiled and greeted him as you closed your door
That’s pretty much it for talking to him
You walked to the car together and you’re pretty much forced to sit next to him
You sit in silence as your friends + sejun are talking
“So, Y/N!” You hear Angel say
You look at the rear mirror to meet her eyes, basically just giving her a semi glare
“Whoa, someone’s upset.” Sungmin said from the passenger seat
Reason why? Bc you already know where this is going
“Don’t worry, it’s just a hangout!” Jiu reassured
But that wasn’t the vibe you’ve been getting in this car
You didn’t talk for the car ride, and it wasn’t fun when you can’t look out at the window bc you’re in the damn middle seat
Even when you guys made it to the mall, you just stood there in silence with your arms crossed
You find the other 6 members of the soccer crew and it definitely doesn’t make it any better
They all made fun of Sejun for being in a car full of girls
But really, they sacrificed him bc there’s no space in the car
Anyways, everyone’s hype over the mall
Well, except for you and sejun
So you guys just went together somewhere else in silence
Even though you both brought money, you didn’t find anything that you want (or need) to buy, same thing with Sejun
It’s basically just a walking workout for you too
Every time you two find the rest of the group, you can feel them go “AWWWWW, THEY’RE SO CUTE!!”
After hours of walking around the mall, you guys decided to sit down at a food court
Sejun bought himself food
He offered to buy you food but you kindly rejected him
But he doesn’t mind you taking some of his food, especially the fries
You don’t take a lot anyways, but he insists
You guys actually managed to talk for a little but hardly
A few moments later and sejun somehow spilled some information you weren’t supposed to know
But he made it like he’s talking about another girl
Like
“There’s this girl that I like, I’ve liked her before everyone was interested in her. It wasn’t strong feelings, though, so it’s alright.”
You listened as if you were clueless, nodding and replying
Then you hear familiar voices from far away, but you ignore it
Then when the voices for louder, you guys left and blended in with the crowd
And you got yourself a small frap bc of all that salt from the fries
“So about that girl you mentioned earlier…” you said
You knew Sejun was looking at you so he can pay attention to what you’re saying
“Were you talking about me?”
Not strong feelings he said as his heart definitely stopped for a second
It also made him stopped his tracks
Luckily, you noticed, so you stopped and turned to him
“So I was right?”
He sighed as he rubbed the back of his neck
“I know you’re not interested, i’ve always knew.” he said quietly
“I’m glad you know, and I’m sorry about that.”
Let’s skip to a few weeks later since that event
It was a normal school day of course
You still talk about your three female friends and the boys are still hanging out
The only difference is that your friends got closer with the 7 boys and they hang out with them sometimes
By sometimes I mean almost everyday of the week

Even when they’re not with you, you still sit in the shade during lunch
Some boys use it as an opportunity to talk to you
And you’re still uninterested
Every time you walk by the 7 boys, you don’t even talk to them
Not even make eye contact
