Evening walks weren’t beyond the hybrid; he often found himself strolling about with no real destination in mind — if only to indulge in the potential reverie such a solitary walk could provide. Though, the harsh light shone in his face in passing served as a 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘴𝘩 reminder as to why, perhaps, these walks to gather his thoughts were not entirely worth the 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲.
It was jarring to see someone out such a ways; it was the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. Clark took to these parts merely because he had the ability to do so and found solace knowing that it was not common for others to be mulling about in the same area.
Uncommon but not impossible...as evident by the stranded motorist. ❝ Flat tire? ❞ once the blinding light had left him, he dropped his hand that he’d used to shield himself. His gaze slid over the situation, thoughts working to formulate how he wanted to go about the situation. Frankly, it was best to just leave the stranger to it and let him tough it out himself. But, he knew there was little harm that could come to him from helping out and it seemed like the sort of situation his mother would have chewed him out for ignoring.
❝ It can’t be easy to go about that with just one hand. ❞ his own slipped easily into his pocket to procure his own smartphone. A few taps and the flashlight was activated and directed towards where the stranger worked. ❝ I would suggest calling someone if you can’t get them loose at this point. ❞
