Excursion ~ Aliyah&Isaac

It was no secret that Aliyah was nervous. She didn’t want to hurt Isaac, but she didn’t want to cross E either, so her solution was to fill Isaac in on it.. without letting E know.. somehow.  Getting off campus was the first step in her master plan. She had more of a chance of being away from prying eyes in town, but as she walked alongside Isaac it was obvious she was anxious. She had been a little quieter than normal on the bus, and even as she stopped at an empty bench on the outskirts of town, away from pretty much anyone she still wasn’t sure it was safe, but she sat anyway, looking up at Isaac as she waited for him to sit with her. She had initially asked if he wanted to get food, but after thinking about it she didn’t trust a cafe full of people. So a deserted bench seemed to be the next best thing. “Okay so we need to talk.. obviously.” she said with a faint laugh that held no humor whatsoever. “I uh- I got a text from E the other day.” she added, her voice as quiet as possible. Looking up at him, she waited to see his reaction before she even dared continue.

Truth + "Do you really know Isaac? Enough to let him stay around your siblings and this new kid?"

“I know him enough to know that he wouldn’t hurt my sister.” She left it at that because she did know that. She’d taken her time before Cassie knew about him and yes she was patching him up while Cassie was home but up until then she hadn’t had him there when her sister was home. And when she was home, Piper didn’t mind a quicky in the back yard. It wasn’t like they were in a relationship. Mostly because Piper didn’t know about anything about that sort of thing anymore. “As for the baby…well I don’t know if he even plans to be around for that.” She admitted. They hadn’t talked about it after all.

“Interesting theory, but if I wanted to go to the water park then why wouldn’t I just ask you or go by myself?”

“Maybe you just really wanted to go to a water park?”

“Fuckin’ hell, man!” Osiris slammed his cell down on the bar counter and took a swig of his drink. “Does not a damned place in this town deliver all night?” He said to himself with a sigh. He turned to the man next to him, making conversation for the sake of distracting himself from his annoyances. “This town is not built with nocturnals in mind, ya know that?” As he was speaking, a scent wafted past his nose. A very familiar scent. He grinned knowingly. “But, I suppose you understand the struggle, eh? Have a hard time finding a reliable source of raw meat?” The comment was laced with his usual smart-ass tone, but it was good-natured.

Snowflake ~ Isaac&Ali

Standing outside the Indoor Gym Stadium in a floor length sparkling blue dress that looked like it had come out of the movie Frozen itself, Aliyah felt a little nervous. She had been ‘dating’ Isaac for a little while now, but going to something this formal with him was nerve wracking.. and like any girl about to go on a date with a guy she had a crush on, she had crazy butterflies fluttering in her stomach. She knew Isaac would be there soon, but in the meantime she made conversation with a girl in her class. It wasn’t a secret that Aliyah loved to talk. No matter who it was too, she was a social butterfly, and sometimes she got so lost in conversation she forgot where she was.. which was exactly what she had done in that moment. Talking about an upcoming fashion assignment with the girl, all nerves had momentarily subdued, that was until her friend changed topic.  “Hey look, you’re date’s here.. and damn he’s looking cute.” the girl said with a wink before she scurried off. Aliyah’s heart was once again beating like crazy, and very slowly she turned around, unable to stop the smile that pulled at her lips as she saw Isaac.  “Hey you.” she said softly.
