The morning had just began, once his phone next to his bedroom with one of those annoying sounds forced him to wake up and start a new day, Henry placed the best smile he could to knock on Beatrice’s door, letting her know it was time to get up and get ready for school. While he didn’t have his entire schedule back, as Henry still couldn’t work in the restaurant, at least he’d have to go through making breakfast for himself and Beatrice and wait until Beatrice’s friend would be there so both of them could make their way to school together, alongside with Zoe’s older sister, which was one of the reasons why he would hardly worry about giving her the freedom of heading to school, from time to time, without him. Small talk was exchanged, a few extra smiles appeared on his lips trying to make Beatrice think he was okay and once he heard the knocks on the door, he kissed the top of her forehead, told her to be careful and watched as she left. However, as he sat down once again at the dinner table, it only took a few minutes before he heard a knock on the door. “It’s open, Bea...” but before Henry would finish his words, his vision showed him that it wasn’t his daughter walking through the door. “Did you see? The exportation of wine from here is surging, I mean... I think that’s what got you here,” he said once his eyes moved from the phone in front of him where he was reading the news, to Jane. “Bea just left with Zoe and Rachel. But I could text her and tell her you’re here, in case you needed to talk to her. I’m sure they are nearby.”
