If there was one thing Theo hated, it was kids. Well, not exactly kids, but rather, having to take care of them. Not like he ever had any good models for that, so he knew he wouldn’t do very well trying to raise one. Still, he wasn’t angry those teenagers brought the baby to him; it was still better than sending him to an orphanage. But he couldn’t deny the slight relief when Cain told him one of his sisters might be able to help, so first thing he did was to head there. “Hi, are you... Rhoswen?” He asked once the door was opened in front of him, but her smell pretty much gave it away. He was still tightly holding the child in his arms, and God, this was so uncomfortable, he just really hoped she’d accept his proposition.

He smelled them coming from a distance, although it was faint, dismissing it as a group of passersby at first. But despite the crowd in the venue, the smell of death they emanated became stronger the closer they got. Something was wrong, and it didn’t take much for Theo to pull back from the other, a frown on his face. “Trouble’s coming.” He let out, before a slight malicious hint appeared. “Are you in the mood to take down a couple of hunters?”

Theo was on his way out, just about ready for this day to be over. While it had been a busy start, it had quite calmed down since, and he trusted the other vet would be able to handle the rest. But while he was nearly eager to walk out and relax, his attention was caught by something in one of the rooms. His eyebrows raised as he moved towards the room, taking a closer look inside. He couldn’t say he was exactly surprised to find Elias with one of the puppies inside, but he felt like there was... some sort of connections. “Seems like you’ve found a new best friend.” He let out as he took a step inside.
