My grandmother got called for jury duty. My grandmother born 102 years ago. My grandmother who died last March.
They apparently want ‘proof’ that she’s dead. What the fuck?
1) How do they not have an age cutoff on jury duty? How many people above, like, 90 are actually sound enough in mind and body to serve on a jury? She would be fucking 102, and they think she can serve on a jury??
2) She’s been dead for over a year! There was a state issued death certificate. Don’t they have that on record somewhere? What the actual fuck?
