This used to be my favorite spot. CSX 1983 and another former Conrail GP38 is on the point of C-712 at West Point, NY 3/2000. This spot is right inside the US Military Academy and has been off limits since the terrorist attacks on 9/11. Its sad as this was a beautiful spot.
