Coraline’s excitement remained intact despite her new knowledge of Freddie and this mystery girl he’d been caught snogging. She didn’t want it to dampen the fun she believed she deserved; so she decided to delay mentioning the subject until the end of the date and even dolled up for the occasion in a dress that cut above the knee that she had complete faith in grasping the male Gryffindor’s attention (and making him forget about that other girl). In the meantime, she overlooked the other students, spotting him among the crowd and grinning. “Aye! You ready to blow me mind, Weasley?”
