since hooking up with the blonde jude had avoided the parties around town. for some weird feeling he couldnt fight his mind constantly thinking about her. he refused to allow himself to fall for someone like her. he couldnt fall for anyone. he didnt even believe in love, it was pointless and someone always got hurt. so the best thing for him to do was to avoid any chance of seeing her all together. not to mention he knew if he had seen her and she was in the arms of another guy it would have drove him wild. however jude knew he had no say in any of it. she was no one but a woman he had hooked up with at a party.. NOTHING MORE.. or at least he told himself.

however tonight was his best friends birthday and he knew he couldnt avoid this party. he decided to bring a date, no one serious just some arm candy. hopefully it would take his mind off of where it was going. the man was sitting in a chair with his date on his knee laughing with a few friends when he had saw her. eyes eyes moved to see the blonde walk in and he swore he felt like the breath was knocked out of his lungs.

a smile spread to judes lips as he moved off the couch at the party and made his way over to her. learning down he couldnt help but embarrass her furthermore. “is that your way of admitting that you think about me...naked?” he raised a brow. this simple childish game of truth and dare had turned into something more intense with a bunch of drunk college students.

eden was right, jude had given and given to his parents and it just seemed like it never was enough. no matter what choices the man had made in his life his folks always seem to tell him it wasnt enough or he wouldnt amount to anything. “i know, and you are right.” he reassured her. “but they are my parents and it is just hard to walk out of their lives- regardless of how shitty they are.”

jude had turned the corner of their apartment as he kept the phone against his ear. “really? there is no where else?” he questioned and sighed. “no, it is fine.. let me just talk to jasmine first...warn her.” he muttered. “you too.” he said pulling the phone away and taking a seat across from the female. “so-” he mused drawling out the o. “my mum wants to come stay with us while she is in town. look if you arent cool with it please say no. i already told her i didnt fancy the idea.”

“you know he really is a slag. i dont see why you even bother have him coming here.” jude told her. “i am pretty sure i saw him shoving shit in his pockets the last time he was here. jude was never nice to the boy from the moment she had brought him to their apartment. part of him was hurt. he was hurt that he felt the two had shared something deeper and now she was flaunting her boyfriend at their shared apartment. he had tried to not let it bother him but the more he saw the man the angrier it had only made him.
