I'm sorry but those two Jefferson and Madison ask blogs pmo so much because they are SO OOC. I'm sorry but James is NOT some confrontational, flamboyant, sassy diva. Jefferson doesn't have that issue because that is his personality, but then the blog will turn around and say shit like Jefferson is trying to become a drag queen; good for him, he would slay, but did we watch the same musical? If you're going to make an ask blog for a character, maybe at least answer like the character?
And normally it wouldn't be a problem, they could just be blocked, but these two blogs in particular are really popular for some reason and even the good and in-character blogs reference them. Plus, they tag their posts on the main and ship tags, so if you don't have them blocked, you're forced to see them.
I know I sound like an absolute hater but, if you're going to make an ask blog and then not be anything like the character, then what's even the point?
